Directors' Shareholdings
The Company announces that on 5th June 2008 Michael Hodges and Clem Chambers as part of the rearrangement of their personal pensions and shareholdings, sold the number of On-line ordinary shares detailed in the table below to their own personal SIPPS.
Following the transactions, Mr Hodges and Mr Chambers remain beneficially interested in the same number of On-line ordinary shares as before the transactions, the total number of which are given below.
