TERRY TUCKER - RESIGNED AS CEO

The directors of Nyota have accepted Terry Tucker's resignation as CEO and Director of Nyota Minerals Limited, for personal reasons, effective immediately.

Melissa Sturgess, Chairman, commented "we wish Terry every success going forward and thank him for his efforts during the past 12 formative months of Nyota's life."

In the short term Melissa Sturgess and Martyn Churchouse will lead the company corporately and technically. A shortlist of candidates for the CEO role is being interviewed and an announcement will be made in this regards as soon as is practicable.
