Issue of Options/Appendix 3B

Further to the announcement on 1 February 2011 whereby Nyota confirmed the appointment of Rockbury Capital to provide advice and services in connection with the development of the Tulu Kapi project, Nyota advises that it has granted Rockbury Capital 4,000,000 share options, representing 0.88% of the Company's current issued share capital, exercisable at GBP0.23 (being a price higher than the average mid-market closing price on 31 January 2011 )at any time on or before 31 January 2016 as part of its remuneration arrangements.
