Ceasing to be a Significant Shareholder

The Board of Nyota Minerals Limited (ASX/ AIM: NYO) announces that the Company has today, 28 April 2016, received notification from Mr Paul Johnson that on 26 April 2016 he ceased to have an economic or beneficial interest in 3% or more of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Johnson disclosed on 8 November 2015 that he owned 105,541,771 million shares, being 5.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
