Non-Executive Director Changes
Nucleus (AIM: NUC), a leading independent wrap platform provider, is pleased to announce that Alfio Tagliabue has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Alfio Tagliabue has been the CEO of Sanlam Investments UK since 2017 and also covers strategic initiatives within Sanlam UK, having previously joined Sanlam UK in 2016 as CFO. Mr Tagliabue's previous roles include Group Chief Financial Officer at Ashcourt Rowan, 12 years as a board-level consultant to the asset and wealth management industry and Engagement Director at Mars & Co. Alfio started his career in 1992 with Frost & Sullivan, a sector analysis consultancy, and holds an accounting, economics and business administration degree from Bocconi University.
The company also announces that that Jeremy Gibson, one of the two board appointees pursuant to the relationship agreement with majority shareholder Sanlam UK Limited ("Sanlam UK"), has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and steps down from his role on the Nucleus Board concurrently with Alfio Tagliabue's appointment today. Alfio fills Jeremy's position as Sanlam UK nominee. Alfio will be a member of the risk committee and the audit committee.

Mr Alfio Tagliabue, aged 52, does not currently own any ordinary shares in Nucleus, and, other than as set out below, there is no further information to be disclosed under Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Mr Tagliabue's appointment as a Non-Executive Director.
