Northern 2 VCT PLC29 June 2007 NORTHERN 2 VCT PLC TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,Northern 2 VCT PLC (the "Company") would like to notify the market that thecapital of the Company as at 29 June 2007 consists of 47,996,017 ordinary shareswith a nominal value of 5p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 47,996,017 (the "Figure").
