The Company received notification on 3 March 2022 that Andrew Law, CEO, acquired 142,850 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14p per Ordinary Share on 3 March 2022. Following this acquisition, Mr Law has a holding of 1,077,403 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
