Clarification on TR1 Notifications
Further to Nostra Terra's TR1 notifications from Miton Group plc and Eridge Capital Limited, both released on 1 March 2019, the Company notes that in both releases the figure used for the total number of voting rights of the issuer assumes the issuance of the 47,916,665 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("New Shares"), which are to be issued in relation to the placing, as announced on 27 February 2019. These New Shares are expected to be allotted and issued to placees on Admission, which is expected on 13 March 2019. As such the correct number of voting rights of Nostra Terra is presently 147,206,221.
