Northern 3 VCT PLC18 January 2008 NORTHERN 3 VCT PLC ("The Company") 18 JANUARY 2008 Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 18 January 2008 it allotted 76,202 ordinary sharesof 5p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for shares under the terms ofthe Company's Dividend Investment Scheme.
