Board Change
The Board of NTL announces that Lawrence Cheung, Finance Director, has indicated his desire to pursue other opportunities outside of NTL and has therefore decided to step down from the Board with effect from 1 August 2013. We are pleased that Lawrence will continue to assist the Company on a consultancy basis.
Ajay Rajpal, ACA, current non executive director of the Company, has agreed to become interim Finance Director, with immediate effect, until further notice. Ajay has a close working relationship with the executive team and has had previous experience of holding director positions on the board of public companies with operations in Asia.
There have been no changes to the disclosures made in the Company's Admission Document, dated 22 June 2012, which are required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
