Results of Annual General Meeting
London, UK - 22 June 2015 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific" or "the Group", AIM: NSCI), the biomedical and healthcare technology group, announces that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting have been duly passed.
As previously announced, Francois Martelet, the Company's new Chief Executive Officer, provided an update to shareholders, including his thoughts on the next steps for NetScientific. The Board intends to define clear value inflection points for the Company's leading assets and deliver value enhancing news flow across the Group. The presentation will be available on the Company's website later today.
As part of a review of the liquidity in the Company's shares, the Board also expressed its intention to consider a fundraising during the next 12 months to support the next stage of development in NetScientific's investment portfolio, with a focus on the Company's leading assets.
