NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
NetScientific plc (AIM:NSCI) (the "Company"), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation group, announced that on 25 August 2020, it issued to Futura Messis Group Limited ("Futura Messis") 3,521,480 New Ordinary Shares as consideration for the Company's acquisition of EMV Capital Limited and 76,923 New Ordinary Shares in the Placing. Dr Ilian Iliev is the sole shareholder and Director of Futura Messis as well as a Director of the Company and is therefore a person discharging managerial responsibilities in respect of the Company. The New Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 65 pence per New Ordinary Share and were admitted to trading on AIM on 25 August 2020. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 14,916,122.
Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 5 August 2020.
