NetScientific Plc (AIM: NSCI), the deeptech and life sciences VC investment group, announces that today, Mr Ed Hooper (Executive Director) purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of NetScientific Plc ("Ordinary Shares") through his Self-Invested Personal Pension.

Following such purchase, Ed Hooper is interested in 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
