Directors' Dealings
NetPlay TV plc announces that it has been notified of the following directors' dealings:
Martin Higginson
Number of shares purchased: 10,000
Number of shares now held: 16,250,000
These shares were purchased on 10 October 2008 for a price of 25p per share.
Graham Stevens
Number of shares purchased: 20,000
Number of shares now held: 140,000
These shares were purchased on 10 October 2008 for a price of 25p per share.
Mr Higginson also has an interest in the Company through Hindley Investments Limited, which own 13,271,000 ordinary shares. M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited, an investment company in which the Higginson family has an interest, owns 988,500 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 30,509,500 ordinary shares, representing 25.3 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
