The Company announces that on Friday, 7 September 2012, the Robert Moyle 1996 Trust, of which Robert Moyle, the Company's Chairman, is a non-beneficial trustee, bought 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 135 pence per share.
Following this purchase, the Robert Moyle 1996 Trust holds 665,900 Ordinary Shares.
