In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTR), NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, would like to notify the market of its updated issued share capital following recent exercises of share options.
As at 31st October 2019, NMC Health plc's issued share capital consists of 208,903,861
Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share having one voting right attached. No shares are held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NMC Health plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
