London, 19 March 2018:Â NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that on 16 March 2018 the following individuals exercised nil-cost share options granted to them in 2015 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP").

Following the exercise of these options, the Company issued new Ordinary shares of 10p each respectively to each individual as follows:
