London, 8 May 2019 : NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that it received notification on 01 May 2019 from Mark Tompkins, Non-Executive Joint Chairman of the Company, that on 30 April 2019 he sold a total of 642 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 2846.2424 pence per share. NMC further received notification from Mark Tompkins on 08 May 2019, that on the 30 April 2019 he subsequently bought, through his ISA, 642 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 2849.2324 pence per share. There is no net change in his share interests.
Following this transaction, Mr Tompkins's share interest remains at a total of 51,233 shares representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
