16 September 2005 EXERCISE OF OPTIONS Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") received notification on September 16,2005 of the exercise of options in the Company's common shares of USD$0.01("Common Shares"), and subsequent sale of these shares, by a number ofdirectors of the company. All options were exercised and sold on September 15,2005.Nick Zana, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, exercised 925,400 options atan exercise price of Cdn$0.67 and subsequently sold the shares at a price ofCdn$2.8177. Following the transaction, Mr. Zana's interest in the Companytotals 18,730,541 remaining options amounting to 2.1% of the Company's totaloutstanding Common Shares and options.Baltabek Kuandykov, President, exercised 2,000,000 options at an exercise priceof Cdn$0.40 and subsequently sold the shares at a price of Cdn$2.8177.Following the transaction, Mr. Kuandykov's interest in the Company totals154,208,994 Common Shares and 7,250,000 remaining options amounting to 17.7% ofthe Company's total outstanding Common Shares and options.Aziz Ait-Said, a non-executive director, exercised 400,000 options at anexercise price of Cdn$1.45 and subsequently sold the shares at a price ofCdn$2.8177. Following the transaction, Mr Ait-Said's interest in the Companytotals 600,000 remaining options amounting to 0.07% of the Company's totaloutstanding Common Shares and options.Gilles Thieffry, a non-executive director, exercised 333,333 options at anexercise price of Cdn$1.45 and subsequently sold the shares at a price ofCdn$2.8177.
