2 November 2005 NELSON RESOURCES LIMITED ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF TWO DIRECTORS Nelson Resources Limited ("Nelson") of Bermuda (TSX/AIM: NLG), announces todaythat Mr. Askar Alshinbaev and Mr. Paul Maxwell confirmed to the Board ofDirectors of the Company on November 1, 2005, their resignation from the Boardof Directors, effective October 17, 2005. Both are affiliated with CentralAsian Industrial Holdings N.V., which sold its shareholding in the Company onOctober 14, 2005.Mr. Maxwell joined the Board recently, in June 2005.
