Director Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 9 June that, on that date, Richard Eldridge purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 0.79p per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Eldridge is interested in 31,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.30 per cent. of the issued share capitlal of the Company.
