ADDITIONAL LISTING AND SECURITIES IN ISSUE PURSUANT TO RULE 2.9
The Company announces that it has issued 32,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) following the vesting of awards under the Company's long-term incentive plan as noted in the Company’s financial statements for the period ending 31 January 2022. The Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the Company's existing blocklisting. Upon admission, the new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares above, in accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that as at 28 September 2022 it will have 98,413,658 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
