The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 26 October 2016 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of National Express Group PLC guaranteed by West Midlands Travel Limited.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 3 October 2016.
