Termination of consultancy agreement
Further to the announcement of 13 October 2014, the Company announces that Bill Kelleher's role as technical advisor and consultant ended today. The amount outstanding under Bill Kelleher's director loan (the "Loan") to the Company is US$149,576.12. The Company has reserved the right to demand repayment of the Loan at any time.
