Change of Adviser

Netcall plc (AIM: NET) today announces that it has appointed Canaccord Genuity Limited as its nominated adviser and sole broker, with immediate effect.

Director disclosure

In accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company has been informed that Michael Neville was a director of Green Symbol Limited when it was placed into compulsory liquidation in January 2009.

In the Netcall announcement dated 18 November 2019, Odigo was listed as one of Tamer Ozmen's former directorships. This was in fact an advisory role and not a company directorship.
