NextEnergy Solar Fund, the specialist solar+ fund, announces that Helen Mahy, Chair-elect of NESF and Kevin Lyon, Chairman of NESF (via connected persons), have today purchased additional ordinary shares in the Company as set out below and in the following PDMR shareholding announcements.
