Norcon (AIM: NCON), the global communications network specialist, was notified on 18 October 2013 of the following transaction:
On 18 October 2013, Norconsult Telematics Holdings Ltd., a company controlled by Jørn Longem, non-executive Director of Norcon, purchased 1,641,600 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the share capital of Norcon ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Norconsult Telematics Holding Ltd. is now interested in 26,170,511 Ordinary Shares, which represents 53.63% of Norcon's issued share capital and voting rights.
