Following this acquisition of shares, Geoffrey Gamble’s beneficial interest is 120,460 Ordinary Shares which equates to 2.37 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has 5,067,643 Ordinary shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
