NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited
Investment Management Team Update
The Board of NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund (the "Company") announces that Neuberger Berman Europe Limited ("NBEL"), the Investment Manager of the Company, has notified it of the resignation of one of the Company's investment management team (Martin Rotheram), who will depart the firm following completion of a six-month notice period.
NBEL has confirmed that the Company will continue to be managed by portfolio management team members Stephen Casey, Daniel Doyle and Joseph Lynch, who will be joined by Vivek Bommi, Senior Portfolio Manager, Global Non-Investment Grade Credit (based in London). Vivek Bommi has over 20 years' investment experience and has been at Neuberger Berman for over 11 years. He sits on the Credit Committee for High Yield and Senior Floating Rate Loans. There will be no changes to the Company's investment objectives or process.
