Compliance with Market Abuse Regulations - Closed Period and Share Buybacks
The Company announces that the closed period commenced on 13 July 2019 and that it is satisfied that any inside information which the Directors and the Company may have has been notified via a Regulated Information Service ("RIS").
The Company is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own shares during the period leading up to the announcement of the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2019.
If, in the period leading up to the announcement of the interim results, the Directors of the Company come into possession of any inside information, this will be notified to a RIS before any such transactions are undertaken.
