Capital Distributions for NBDX Shares and NBDG Shares
The following amendment has been made to the 'Intention to make a capital distribution' announcement released on 31 March 2023 at 12:27 under RNS No 9814U:
NBDD has been amended to NBDG.
All other details remain unchanged.

The Board of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a deal to exit a casino and lodgings investment has been approved by the relevant courts. The proceeds from this exit are expected to be approximately $6.4 million for NBDX and £2.6 million for NBDG and are in line with the previously reported NAVs. Once the monies have been received, the Board will distribute surplus cash, after allowing for future costs and contingencies, by way of compulsory redemption of shares and the amount of such distributions will be announced in due course.
