The Company announces that with effect from Monday 29 January 2024, as a result of the acquisition
of Carey Commercial Limited by Suntera Global, the name of its Company Secretary changed from Carey Commercial Limited to Suntera (Guernsey) Limited.
All services provided by Suntera (Guernsey) Limited to the Company will remain unchanged.
