Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights
Nasstar (stock code: NASA), a provider of hosted managed and cloud computing services, is pleased to announce that, at its General Meeting held earlier today, the resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting sent to Shareholders 15 August 2016, were duly passed.
Accordingly, it is expected that the admission of the 177,333,334 Placing Shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 1 September 2016 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company will have 562,208,953 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights will therefore be 562,208,953 and Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Terms defined in the Circular published by the Company on 15 August 2016 shall have the same meaning in this announcement unless the context requires otherwise.
