The Remuneration Committee of the Group has agreed and authorised the grantingof options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Group, under the Nasstar PlcShare Option Scheme ("the Scheme"). The exercise price for each Option will be39p per ordinary share of 1p each in the share capital of the Group and theOptions will be exercisable between the second and tenth anniversaries of thedate the options were granted, being 6 May 2008.
