North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC ("the Company")
North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC has applied for the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority for 28,679 Ordinary Shares of 5p each issued by the Company in relation to the conversion of 28,679 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 on 29 June 2009.
Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 22 July 2009.
The current issued share capital is 14,795,548 Ordinary shares. Upon admission of the new securities, the new issued share capital will be 14,824,227 Ordinary shares.
