Napster Group PLC (AIM:NAPS), a leading music company and operator of the MelodyVR and Napster platforms, announces that the Company was notified on 9 December 2021, that on the same day, Steven Hancock, Chief Relationship Officer of the Company, purchased 32,576,470 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 0.31 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Steven Hancock will have a beneficial interest in 153,460,606 Ordinary Shares representing 4.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
