Director's Shareholdings

Nakama has been notified that Ken Ford, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 197,140 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.24 pence per share today.

As a result Mr Ford's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 13,999,997 ordinary shares representing 11.89% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
