Notice of AGM

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 8.30am on Thursday 30 June 2016 at Akhter House, Perry Road, Harlow, Essex CM18 7PN.

A copy of the notice of AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.onzimaventures.com and has been posted to shareholders today.

The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the Directors' Report and Auditor's Report thereon (the "2015 Annual Report and Accounts") are expected to be published and circulated to shareholders in advance of the AGM date. The 2015 Annual Report and Accounts will then be tabled for consideration at a separate general meeting of the Company following the AGM. Further details of such proposed general meeting shall be provided in due course.
