MedicX Fund, (LSE: MXF), the specialist primary care infrastructure investor in modern purpose built primary healthcare properties in the United Kingdom, today announces that in accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2 the following information has been published or made available to the public in compliance with laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities. The information referred to in this update was up-to-date at the time of publication but some information may now be out-of-date. The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30 September 2009 were published on 15 January 2010. The preliminary results announcement was issued on 8 December 2009.
