The Company announces that it was notified that Peter Rioda, independent non-executive director of the Company, transferred 10,000 Ordinary Shares from one of his broker accounts to another on 8th January 2026. Following this transfer, Peter Rioda's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's voting rights.
