Director shareholding
The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it received notification on 19 April 2011 that Dr Christopher G Greig, non-Executive Director of the Group, acquired a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, at a price of 320p per ordinary share, on 18 April 2011.
Following the acquisition, Dr Greig is interested in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Group, representing 0.1% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
