The Company was informed by Sefton Group plc ('Sefton') on the 7 January 2010 that following a purchase of 2,425,079 MBL ordinary shares, Sefton now has a notifiable interest in 2,425,079 MBL ordinary shares, representing approximately 14.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 7 January 2010 that following a disposal of shares, Peter Long no longer has a notifiable interest in the company's shares.
