Directorate Change
After close to six years working with the Company, Alex Sorrell, Group Financial Director, has indicated his intention to take time out of the business to travel and pursue non work related interests. The Board of Air Music & Media Group plc would like to thank Alex for his contribution to the development of the business during his period of tenure and we also wish him well on his travels. Alex will leave the Board with immediate effect.
At the same time the Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Clarke as Group Financial Director with immediate effect.
Lisa Clarke, aged 36, joined the Group in August 2006 as Group Financial Controller. Prior to joining the Group Lisa held a senior finance position at Interfloor Group Limited and she has previously worked for BAE Systems and Ernst and Young.
There are no further details are required to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
