As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 22 February 2023 Jennifer Gibson, who is considered to be a person closely associated with a PDMR, completed the disposal of 26,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The resulting shares held following the disposal are as follows:
