Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and asset management business, announces that on 18 September 2023, Edward Knapp, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,999 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 622p per Ordinary Share.
Following, the purchase Mr Knapp owns 4,005 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
