Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 10 November 2022 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing election for the reinvestment of dividends, which were paid 3 November 2022, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan ("the plan").
In addition, PDMRs Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer, and Ravi Tara, Chief Financial Officer, bought 36,171 and 2,740 Ordinary Shares respectively.
The resulting shares held by those PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs is as follows:
