Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 7 June 2024 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated 456 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company with an allocation price of 790p on behalf of Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR as part of a standing annual contribution instruction, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan.
In addition, Ian Mattioli transferred 62,392 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife Clare Mattioli for nil consideration.
His total interest in Ordinary Shares following these two transactions increases to 3,114,529, which includes shares held Persons Closely Associated with Ian Mattioli as defined by the UK Market Abuse Regulation. As defined by The Takeover Code, Ian Mattioli has an interest in 3,120,037 Ordinary Shares, including those held by close relatives, related trusts and connected persons. (These figures supersede those announced on 10 May 2024 which understated Ian Mattioli's interest by 5,000 Ordinary Shares due to an administrative error).
