Director Appointment
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, is pleased to announce the appointment, as previously disclosed in our Trading Update of 14 July 2020, of Michael Wright as Group Managing Director to the Board with immediate effect having received FCA regulatory approval for the appointment. Subsequently, Michael has now been appointed a director of the Group's subsidiary Custodian Capital Limited.
The following information is disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with the appointment of Michael Wright to the Board of the Company:
