Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, informed the Company today that his wife, Charlotte Williams, and his two children had purchased a total of 300 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 21 November 2024 at a price of £89.00 per share.
Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 58,106 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.49 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
