Motive Television strengthens Board
Motive Television PLC (AIM: MTV), the digital television technology, software and services provider, has appointed to the Board Professor Bryan Foss as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Bryan Foss has extensive experience of international technology marketing gained from a long term career and previous industry board role with IBM Corporation and is currently visiting professor of B2B marketing with Bristol Business School. He is also a board non-executive and audit and risk chair within the UK public sector (Government Office South East), and acted previously as a non-executive and audit committee member with the Department for Work & Pensions. Bryan is an active Fellow of the Institute of Directors, holds an executive MBA from City University Business School and is qualified as a Chartered Engineer through the British Computer Society.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Michael Pilsworth, Executive Chairman of Motive Television plc, said: "I am delighted that Bryan has agreed to be part of the Motive Television board. Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following additional information is disclosed:
Professor Bryan David Foss, aged 56, is currently a director of Foss Initiatives Limited.
Professor Foss currently holds 374,142 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.05 per cent of its issued share capital.
Professor Foss has confirmed that there is no additional information under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.
